Overview
Synchrony is an online-only bank focused on savings accounts and certificates of deposit. We had the opportunity to pitch Radancy's Talent Acquisition Cloud product to Synchrony. I was the designer on the sales mocks tasked with creating a scalable brand for recruitment based on their corporate website. I started with moodboards, then established the brand in a responsive website, social and programmatic banners, and a CRM email. 
Created in Sketch, Photoshop and PowerPoint. I collaborated with a copywriter and creative director while working with the sales team.

Moodboards
Sales mocks give us an opportunity to get creative. The only thing we had to go off of regarding the client brand is their existing website and social media. Synchrony has a limited color palette and minimal branding, but that doesn’t limit creativity! I leaned into the yellow and gave it a synced up headline treatment (along with the help of a skilled copywriter) to give this brand an eye catching overhaul. 
Website
The career website started with a wireframe to establish structure, functionality, and UI/UX best practices. Then I designed the Home, Search Results and Advanced Job Description web pages. They are also shown in the video below. I worked with the sales team to create this animated presentation (seen in the video) simulating the page scroll.
